What if I have a passenger who needs roadside assistance?
If the enrolled device is present where assistance is required, another individual may be eligible to receive roadside assistance. The service travels with the phone, not with any specific person or vehicle. The name and mobile device number of the enrolled individual must also be verified.
A lot of paperwork is required in the claim process?
No, there is not a tonne of documentation involved in the claim procedure. In reality, all you have to do is contact us by phone or email, and we'll help you from there.
Can I Sell my membership ?
During its active lifespan, the membership is a non-transferrable entity and cannot be moved from one vehicle to another. However, if you decide to sell the car, the membership benefits can be transferred to the buyer up to the time the insurance policy expires.
